The COLLECTIF engineering team led the MEP design for the renovation of multiple components within the existing residential tower, including the electrical and plumbing systems for 200+ apartments, HVAC and electrical systems to support the replacement of passenger elevators, and the replacement of the building's boiler. COLLECTIF engineering is also performing the code required special inspections.
