Following a devastating fire in 2020, the City of New York is in the process of rebuilding 70 Mulberry Street to house community resources. COLLECTIF Engineering led the MEP-FP interior fitout design for approximately 33,000 GSF of the building, consisting of new cafeteria and dining spaces, offices, meeting rooms, community rooms, theater, classrooms and dance studios.
