MEP Owner’s Representatives for CitizenM Hotels in the United States. COLLECTIF directs the MEP Design and Commissioning process for all new US construction projects (+15) and five existing properties in various markets: New York, Boston, DC, Miami, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin & Chicago. Many of the hotel projects are modular construction.

COLLECTIF leads the guest room MEP commissioning process and signs off on the hotel MEP systems prior to opening. We also support the owner's project management team during GMP negotiations, VE efforts and Construction Administration.
